Return Policy

  • Exchanges

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item cannot be damaged and must be in the same condition that you received it, the item cannot be worn or used and must have the original packing and tags along with it. To do an exchange you must show proof of purchase or receipt. 

    If your return is accepted you are responsible for shipping costs at the post office to start an exchange return, you can contact us at SavvyRoseBoutiquee@gmail.com


  • No Refunds

    At this time, we do not offer refunds; we only exchange items of the same value. If you are unsatisfied with your order, let us know, and we can exchange the item after approval. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to request an Exchange.

    We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, meaning we cannot do anything about it if you mistakenly enter the wrong address. Please be sure to enter the correct address. If a package is returned to us for an incorrect address, we will issue a refund on the items; shipping is non-refundable. 

     We do not refund or reimburse of any kind for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be filed with the shipping company. 

    Once your order is placed, it is final. We do not offer refunds of any kind. 


  • Damages

    Please ensure you inspect your package thoroughly upon receiving it. If your package happens to have damaged goods please reach out and we will exchange the damaged item for that exact item. 

    We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. If there was damage to the package, reach out to the shipping company. If the product itself was damaged, email us and we will exchange it for a new product.
